I spent a great afternoon on the 22nd June with Pip and Rebecca from Wallace Seymour Paints talking to Keswick Art Society and showing the stages of development of the triptychs in the Stone Room. Its over 18 months since I completed the final work and they were mounted onto the walls. So it was nice to revisit all the work alongside other artists. It certainly brought back memories and stirred up my thoughts into action on developing some more pieces for display in the Lingholm Kitchen Gallery.

Hello Rob
I am writing, almost a week on since your presentation to Keswick Art Society to say how much we al enjoyed it so a big thank you! We had a workshop today, run by Ceri Allen ‘en plein air’ but we retreated inside for refreshments and got chatting about last week. We were so impressed, not only by the triptych paintings but also the amazing amount of preparation you put in. It was quite an experience too, being able to spend the afternoon in the Stone Room. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, rounded off nicely by the cream tea!
